We ensure that the manufacturing factories are professional, capable and reliable. Many companies proceed in China without first carrying out fundamental background checks. Our approach greatly reduces the risks associated with dealing with unknown manufacturers.

Liaison with Factories

Communicating with the Far East can be difficult due to a number of factors such as, cultural barriers, differing business processes, distance etc. We take the stress and high risk of misunderstanding, which can be costly, out of the equation.

Price Negotiation

We negotiate on behalf of our customers to gain the best price and terms. Our years of experience in negotiation with small, medium and large manufacturers provide our customers with the best overall prices and terms.

Sampling

Samples are arranged in order to evaluate and assess the product and to make any necessary changes before production commences.

Product Production & Shipment

We oversea our customers order from payment arrangements, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery to ensure the process runs smoothly. We ensure any problems, if any, are handled quickly so they do not affect delivery lead-time. We keep our customers informed throughout the whole process. Shipments are tracked until they reach the final point of destination. Our customers are kept up to date and this constant flow of information alleviates any supply shocks and allows customers to manage their supply chain.

Quality & Certification

We can advise if any specific certifications are required for products. We will arrange for all essential testing to be carried out and ensure certification is received. Factory visits will be arranged as required.

Frequently companies get “burnt” doing business with the Far East because they have not conducted enough research on their products. All technical specification and standards, ex. CE, BS, BRC, RoHS, Weee, must be fully researched, clarified and communicated to manufacturers. Potential quality issues must be understood and communicated before manufacturing begins so that products are produced under a quality control management system.

The Chinese government often change trade policies. We track these changes as they can involve increased taxes and duties, and they have resulted in business paying unforeseen penalties on their products. We continually monitor this area and keep clients updated with any forthcoming changes that might have implications for their products or business.
