Rigid Boxes
Rigid boxes are one of Allied International’s specialties. A strong and attractive rigid box adds significant after-market value to the product it holds and can be durable and elegant as well as cost effective.
Because our boxes are custom made, there are no limits to the design and material possibilities. We offer design advice, paper engineering and detailed mock-ups. We wrap our boxes in all types of materials including synthetic, foil and FSC papers and fabrics. We use the latest printing technology including offset litho printing, silk screen printing, flexo printing and die cutting. Finishes include hot stamping, foiling, embossing, varnishes, coatings and lamination. We use specialty coverings, intricate openings, and custom hardware and fasteners to create one-of-a-kind boxes. We also offer fulfillment, highly skilled hand-assembly and sourcing of any co-pack promotional items. There is no process too complicated for us to accomplish – and we will also make suggestions to help you reduce costs.

Tins
Tin packaging will improve both your product’s shelf impact and exposure. They are used to house a wide range of consumer goods including confectionary, tea, coffee, biscuits and gift items. Tins also carry a higher perceived value due to their sustainability. An elegantly designed tin will become a collectible keepsake box that will serve as a lasting advertisement through reuse. We offer custom made tins, engineered to fit your specific size requirements. We can also offer hundreds of styles of tins in a wide range of existing shapes and sizes. Tins can be full colour printed and, to achieve greater impact, specialty varnishes including textured, gloss and matte can be added either as a spot or overall finish. Embossing a logo or design element can create a distinctive high-end look for added appeal. We can also arrange unique closures and special features including window lids, screw tops and handles among other, for your custom tins.
The factories we deal with provide all services in-house from artwork processing, mould making, plate-making, printing and tin manufacturing. We understand the tin business, so our pricing is highly competitive.

Allied International supply the highest quality decorative and custom printed ribbons and bows in a wide range of fabrics and colours. Premier quality single or double face satin, fine weave grosgrain, soft organza, wired or non-wired edge ribbon and a large array of stock colours means that lead times and turn around can be quick.

Hampers
Allied International supplies a large range of both traditional and contemporary hand crafted baskets. Our baskets are created by basket makers who have been carefully trained in an art that has been handed down through the generations.
Baskets are available in a range of materials, linings, sizes and style and are suitable for a variety of uses such as hamper packaging, seasonal products, gifting and flowers. You can select from a large existing catalogue of designs or we can develop a product to suit your specific design and budget requirements.
